For your convenience, we include a pre-paid RMA shipping label and return form in every order. To return your package, include the filled-out in your package and drop off your package at your local FedEx ground drop-off center or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pick-up.

Packages returned without the authorized RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. All duties and taxes must be billed to the customer. If duties and taxes are charged to Sgt Puppa, we deem the right to refuse the shipment. Your return can be shipped to us at the following address:

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.

You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
